Wet Molded Pulp Machine vs. Dry Molded Fiber Machine

When producing molded fiber tableware, there are two main technologies:

Wet Molded Pulp Machine (Traditional Pulp Molding)

  • Process: Recycled paper pulp or bagasse pulp is mixed with water → pulp slurry is transferred into forming molds → excess water is removed by vacuum suction → wet product is dried and hot-pressed.
